Black Bean and Mango Salsa
1 lime juiced
1 cup cooked black beans or ½ can of organic canned black beans rinsed
2 mangos peeled and roughly chopped
2 tbs honey
¼ cup cilantro rinsed and chopped
2 serrano peppers seeded and chopped (use one if you don't love heat)
2 tsp sesame oil
Season to taste with salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients together in a non metal bowl. Refrigate for at least 30 minutes to let all the yummy flavors mingle.
I paired this with a grilled fish tacos, and pineapple.
