1 AVOCADO, ½ LEMON JUICED AND SEEDED, ½ CUP WATER, ½ TEASPOON DILL, ¼ TEASPOON SEA SALT.
COMBINE INGREDIENTS AND BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH.
1-3 TABLESPOONS LOW SODIUM SOY SAUCE, 5-6 DROPS LEMON JUICE.
MIX TOGETHER. MAY ALSO BE USED AS A MARINADE.
1 CUP PLAIN YOGURT, 1 BEET RAW DICED, 1 CLOVE GARLIC, 1 LEMON JUICED.
COMBINE INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH.
